What can I do for you...

 

 I am passionate about my work and immensely rewarded by seeing those I work with move forward with their lives. I have found anxiety and depression, low self-esteem and low confidence on the rise and more people are finding private therapists to help them through difficult times. I can provide a professional service with an initial free 20-minute consultation quickly. I treat clients holistically combining techniques to help those who struggle with: phobias, menopause, abandonment, and bereavement. I also specialise in Trauma therapy using EMN (Eye Movement Neurointegration) to help overcome challenges.

Over the last 10 years, I have found success working with children of all ages, using trauma therapy combined with eco-therapy for complex teenage/young adult issues, which helps to equip them with a toolkit of resources to deal with life outside the therapy room.

Your journey ebbs and flows and I understand how challenging and sometimes overwhelming life can be. The holistic support provided helps you  to find a pathway forward, using a unique combination of therapies which provide a map of treatment to explore the cause and effect of your emotions. Any of us can feel unbalanced at any time in our lives, which means finding the right therapy is so important. My practice enables reframe, psycho-education and a host of practical techniques, to build resilience and confidence. Typically clients start to feel an improvement within a few weeks of treatment. 

 

Nature has a way of calming our senses and helping us find balance, especially when dealing with trauma. Spending time in nature can be a mindful tool to help us feel more grounded and at peace. Whether it's a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains, nature has the power to heal and restore us. I use my eco-therapy skills to provide mindfulness in this unique form of healing, often beneficial when seeking compassion for yourself in a beautiful nurturing safe space.
